Experience

Jonathan Martin has been training for over 4 years and has experience with: Athletes, older adults, post-rehab, arthritis, osteoporosis and other chronic conditions. His passion for educating has helped many overcome their health barriers and has enabled them to change their lives for good.

Cindy Posey received a Physical Fitness Specialist certification in 2003 to run the command's fitness program in her last tour in the Navy. She became a Certified Personal Trainer in Dec. 2007 after two pregnancies, realizing the need for a healthy lifestyle, and the desire to help others achieve happiness in the lives they live.
