Group Sessions
Are you interested in bringing a trainer in for a group of friends and family?
We provide group sessions with up to 6 people. Submit
an email request to receive a customized quote for your group. Pricing is based on number of participants and number of sessions desired:

Your 1st class is FREE, so come and experience
for yourself. Classes are purchased in blocks of 4, 8 or 12.
Any 4 classes = $140 ($35 each)
Any 8 classes = $256 ($32 each)
Any 12
classes = $360 ($30 each)
Group Classes
Yoga: Enjoy a calming workout that challenges your body, mind and spirit. A great
stress reliever!
BOSU: A diverse workout using a
BOSU Ballast ball. You will improve your strength
and stability. You will also learn how to get a great workout on your own using
only a stability ball.
CrossFit: A circuit style full-body workout that's aimed to increase your metabolism. Be
challenged to your
level. Always a good workout and always a favorite!
ABstruction: An intense abdominal workout that targets the whole core and shapes
the mid
section. ABstuction leads to core CONstruction!
"Wild Card": Come prepared for anything in this class. It's a great mix of
exercises that are
always subject to change. Play your "wild card" and see what you get this time!
Zumba: A modern latin hip-hop dance
workout designed to create mobility and freedom
of motion. Feel energized and full of confidence. Let's Zumba!
